Reviews From Around The Web

Byron and his guys did concrete resurfacing around our pool and then a concrete overlay. Everything turned out amazing! We're beyond satisfied with their work. Very high quality work and we would recommend them to anyone. They weren't supposed to be at our residence until August but he got us worked in sooner, which was great. He communicated with us every step of the way. Thanks again for the great work

We contacted Tri State Coatings to rehab our 30 year old concrete pool deck and walkway. Byron offered helpful recommendations, set clear and realistic expectations, and quoted specific prices with a helpful breakdown of costs that allowed us to make an informed decision. The crew showed up as agreed, did an excellent and very professional job with our concrete overlay, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. We’re very happy with the result! And we got a call from Byron this evening just to ensure we were happy with the outcome! We’ll definitely be contacting them for future projects!

I had a screened in porch and patio that I wanted coated. I also wanted the patio extended. Tri-state recommended a quality concrete pourer/finisher to extend my patio. After the patio was extended, they showed me multiple samples and helped me coordinate colors/designs. John, Jerry and their crew were very professional and responsive. I couldn't be happier with the end result. We enjoy our porch and back yard so much more now and I'm sure it helped increase the value of our home.

Most work of this type looks great when it is freshly applied but the real test is the test of time. Seven years ago we had our porch and landing step coated by Tri-State. Yesterday as I enjoyed the warm evening it occurred to me that the quality of finish looks just as it did when the work was completed back in 2010. I appreciate the quality of the job and would recommend Tri-State Concrete Coatings, Inc highly.

We want to applaud you in all aspects of our dealings with your firm. From the beginning with the detailed explanation of the process and what we would expect – to the day of installation with the wonderful suggestion to add decorative groves, all was great. The final outcome – nothing less than spectacular. We expected a much improved look – we received something that far exceeds.

Thanks again! We put all our pictures out on Facebook and I have given your number to a lot of people. My father in law and my father will be calling you soon. They were SO shocked! I have attached some pictures that I put out on my Facebook page. The customer service that we have received from your company is unbelievable! A great breath of fresh air...that there are STILL companies out there that go the extra mile and have unbeatable service! We have all agreed, this is our FAVORITE project we have ever done, and after 11 years in this house, there are been MANY! Thanks again,

Teresa

I hope these are what you are looking for. We LOVE the floor! Everyone asks about it, and this is the perfect flooring for a room that is kid-friendly (and adult-friendly,too)! Spills are no problem. The glow-in-the-dark chips are a riot! Everyone thinks they are a cool feature! Especially the teens!

We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent workmanship from design to the completed product, and the care which you gave us on this job. Resurfacing our front and back patios and sidewalks made a great improvement on our property. We have received many compliments from family and friends. We are so happy with the new look. Thanks again,

Arthur and Angela,

We want to thank you for the extra care you gave us. It truly is nice to have a company do work who puts a priority on customer care and satisfaction. We love our pool patio "new look" and definitely want to have you do our concrete driveway in spring 2006. Thanks for everything!

Here are some pictures I took of our finished concrete coating surface around our pool and back yard. It looks wonderful and we have gotten so many compliments on it. Thought you might want to use some of these pictures. We have really been entertaining our friends and enjoying our new look back at the pool. Thanks again for all your help.
